As the Team Manager/Admission Executive-Admissions, you will play a crucial role in driving the admissions process and ensuring a seamless experience for prospective students. You will be responsible for leading a team of admission executives, overseeing their day-to-day activities, and providing guidance and support to ensure that the admissions goals are met.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage a team of admission executives, providing training, guidance, and support to ensure that the team meets its targets and delivers exceptional customer service.
2. Oversee the admissions process, including handling inquiries, conducting outreach activities, and processing applications in a timely manner.
3. Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain prospective students, including organizing and participating in recruitment events, conducting school visits, and collaborating with educational partners.
4. Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to develop effective marketing materials, campaigns, and initiatives to promote the university and its programs.
5. Monitor and analyze admissions data to identify trends, track progress, and make data-driven decisions to continuously improve the admissions process.
6. Build and maintain relationships with high schools, community organizations, and other stakeholders to enhance the university’s presence and reputation in the community.
7. Represent Mohan Babu University at various events, conferences, and fairs to promote the university and its programs.
Qualifications and Requirements:
– A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, education, or a related field.
– Proven experience in admissions, recruitment, or sales, preferably in the education sector.
– Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
– Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and connect with a diverse audience.
– Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools to manage admissions data and processes.
