The Young Caliber Club organized an engaging and interactive event titled “Route to the Real Bonds” on 24th February 2025 at Room No. 352. The event aimed to strengthen friendships, foster collaboration, and test participants’ trust and teamwork through a series of fun yet challenging activities.
The event was successfully organized under the guidance of Ms. Nune Divya, who played a pivotal role in ensuring its smooth execution. With an enthusiastic participation of 40 students, the event featured three carefully crafted rounds aimed at enhancing interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
The event featured 3 rounds. Trust check: -This round emphasized teamwork and trust-building through carefully designed exercises that required coordination, communication, and problem-solving. Participants were engaged in activities that highlighted the significance of collaboration in fostering strong and meaningful relationships. Balloon Stability Challenge: – In this thrilling round, teams were tasked with arranging cups in a way that kept a balloon suspended in the air for a given period. The challenge encouraged teamwork, critical thinking, and adaptability, mirroring real-world problem-solving scenarios. Timed Cup Stacking Challenge: -The final round tested the strategic thinking, precision, and time management skills of participants. Each team had to carefully stack and arrange cups within a specified time limit, demonstrating their ability to stay composed under pressure while maintaining efficiency.
The event proved to be an exciting experience, promoting trust, communication, and problem-solving among participants. It served as a platform for students to develop essential interpersonal skills that are crucial for both personal and professional growth.
