The Instrumentation Society of India (ISOI), Mohan Babu University hosted an event, titled, “DESIGN YOUR DREAM KITE” scheduled on 3rd January 2025 from 3 P.M to 4 P.M at room no 711. This engaging activity aimed to celebrate creativity, community spirit, and the art of kite flying.
The event was conducted and coordinated by the event Coordinator Ms. N. Harathi) (Assistant Professor of the Department of ECE) whose wholehearted support and guidance helped the participants to contribute the best. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation, with 36 students who actively engaged in remarkable creativities, presentations, and interactive activities
The event kicked off with a spectacular display of kites, transforming the sky into a living gallery of mythical creatures, geometric patterns, and whimsical designs. Participants of all ages were invited to join interactive workshops, where they learned the intricate craft of kite-making using eco-friendly materials and delved into the science of aerodynamics. A series of thrilling competitions followed, including skilful sky duels, a creative kite design challenge, and a delightful kids’ fly-off for young enthusiasts. As the sun set, the event reached its magical crescendo with LED-lit kites illuminating the evening sky, creating an enchanting nighttime spectacle. Guests also enjoyed a variety of complementary activities, including savouring local and international cuisine, live folk music performances, and shopping for handcrafted kites and souvenirs.
The event was a resounding success, blending tradition with innovation to leave participants with cherished memories. The esteemed Club Coordinator extended her wholehearted gratitude to the participants for their dedication and proactive participation.
