Gandhi Jayanti- A Day of service and Reflection Organised by Communion Club Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering School of Engineering,MBU.

The event,“Gandhi Jayanti: A Day of Service and Reflection,” provided a thoughtful tribute to Mahatma Gandhi, where participants engaged in storytelling and reflective sessions about his life, ideals, and influence on India’s freedom movement. Approximately 20 students from the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) participated actively, delving into Gandhiji’s values and contributions. The event composed of two different parts: –

• Engaging Storytelling: The session was enriched with participants narrating compelling stories and anecdotes that illustrated Gandhiji transformative journey. His philosophy of nonviolent resistance and his critical role in the independence struggle were major highlights.
• Reflection and Appreciation: The event also fostered introspection, as students shared their reflections on Gandhiji enduring principles of truth, non-violence, and service. Many expressed deep admiration’s for his dedication to social justice and his relentless pursuit of freedom for India.

The event successfully created an atmosphere of gratitude and inspiration, encouraging participants to carry forward Gandhiji legacy in their personal and societal lives.
