The Department of Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering (EIE) conducted an exciting event titled ‘Emoji Expressions’ for B.Tech EIE students. The event aimed to foster creativity, teamwork, and problem-solving skills through interactive and engaging activities cantered around emojis.
EVENT HIGHLIGHTS:
Three rounds of captivating activities were conducted:
- Emoji Games
- Guess the Emoji: Participants deciphered movies, songs, or phrases represented by emoji combinations. For example, a sequence of emojis like denoted“The Lion King”.
- Emoji Storytelling: Students crafted creative short stories or scenarios using only emojis, challenging others to unravel the narrative.
- Emoji Reactions
- Participants used emojis to express their reactions to jokes, stories, or comments. For instance, 😄 or 😱 were used to show amusement or surprise, adding a lively touch to the interactions.
- Emoji Charades
- A fun-filled activity where students acted out scenarios or described objects using only emojis. Their peers had to guess the correct answer, making for an entertaining and engaging experience.
The use of emojis not only enhanced the visual appeal of the activities but also encouraged quick thinking, collaboration, and interactive learning.
OBJECTIVES
The program was designed to:
