Admission Process

Submission of Applications through web by the candidates can be completed at https://mbu.asia/ by filling the application form. Application Form Fee is Rs.1000/ - and it is Non-Refundable.. Once the Application form is submitted you cannot change the details submitted in the application form. Email ID submitted at the time of registration will be used for all correspondences until enrolment is completed. Change in Email ID will NOT be permitted under any circumstances. Application Form Fee can be paid online through either Debit/Credit Cards/Netbanking/UPI methods.

Instructions
- All fields marked with* in the application form are mandatory to be filled.
- Please keep the following self-attested scanned documents ready before filling the application form:
  - Photograph Image: Size should be between 10 KB and 200 KB with the dimension of 3.5 CM X 4.5 CM.
  - Signature Image: Size should be between 10 KB and 200 KB with the dimension of 3.5 CM X 1.5 CM.
- After successful submission of the application form, an application number will be generated. Save that number for future reference and communications.
- Course/Campus preference selected at the time of application is only for statistical purposes, the actual course preference can be selected at the time of counseling based on MBUCET - All India Rank and availability of seats.
Application verification and Scrutiny will be completed by the Admission counselors
Students who clear the verification process will be given the option to choose the Mode of Test i.e Remote Proctored Test or Center Based Test.
- If student chooses Remote Proctored Test - The students can give the test through a computer which should have an internet connection and a working front camera. The test is web proctored and usage of any unfair means is forbidden. The login details for the test will be shared with the candidates prior to the exam. A sample test will be provided to all such candidates.
- If student chooses Center based Test – option will be given to the student to choose a center from the available test centers. Tentative List of centers is provided below and additional centers may be provided depending on the number of applicants in that specific region or city or town.
- Students can book the slot and choose center in case of Center based test. Admit card will be then generated for all students.
- Students can appear for MBUCET 2022 (UG Engineering) on the chosen date and slot.
- MBUCET 2022 result announcement and Counseling process commenced.

Eligibility for B.Tech Programs (Duration: 4 years)

(a) Nationality and Age Resident Indian or Non-Resident Indian (NRI), holder of PIO or OCI card issued by Government of India are eligible to apply for Selection Process. Note: NRIs, holders of PIO or OCI card issued by Government of India must apply under International student category only. Should have attained the age of 16 + on the 31st July of the calendar year in which the 12th Board or examination is to be held.

(b) Qualifying Examination: For all B. Tech programmes: Minimum 60% aggregate in PCM
(i) Passed in Higher secondary examination (10+2 pattern) or appearing in Higher Secondary examination in the current academic year with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as compulsory subjects in regular stream from any state board within India, CBSE, ISCE, Matriculation, or NIOS
Note: Students who have completed +2 under NIOS must have completed the 10th standard from regular schooling or vice-versa.
(ii) GCE A-level or International Baccalaureate(IB) diploma or IB certificate with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as compulsory subjects in any International schools within India.

(c) MBUCET (UG-Engineering) 2022 Candidates who have attempted Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics in MBUCET 2022 (UG-Engineering) are eligible for all the B.Tech. degree programs

Entrance Based Programs
Admission is done through Entrance examination, subject to fulfilling the requirement of minimum marks in the qualifying examination as well.
