The Rural Development Club (RDC) of Mohan Babu University conducted the “SPEAK UP & SHINE OUT” event on 23rd January 2025 from 3 to 5P.M at Room no 2418. The primary goal of the event was to empower participants by enhancing their communication skills and boosting self-confidence.
The event was meticulously coordinated by a team of four dedicated student coordinators under the guidance of Faculty Coordinator B. V. Sai Thrinath. The session, attended by 47 enthusiastic participants, focused on self-expression and confidence-building, providing a platform for individuals to voice their thoughts openly and feel valued.
Various interactive sessions and engaging activities were conducted, including: Poetry & Art Expression – A creative outlet for participants expressed their thoughts through words and visuals. Empowering Discussions – Thought-provoking conversations on self-worth, aspirations, and personal growth. Feedback Wall – A unique space where participants shared positive affirmations about themselves and others, fostering a sense of inclusivity and appreciation. The event received overwhelmingly positive feedback, with participants expressing their gratitude for the opportunity to step out of their comfort zones and share their thoughts with confidence. The engaging activities and interactive discussions encouraged self-reflection and personal growth.
With an atmosphere of encouragement and inclusivity, “Speak Up & Shine Out” proved to be an inspiring and empowering session for all attendees. The success of the event was a testament to the hard work and dedication of the organizing team, making it a truly memorable experience for everyone involved.
