5 minutes Speech Activity Session

EVENT OUTLINE:
The” English Association” successfully organized the “5 Minutes Speech” activity for the enthusiastic students of ECE Batch 1, Section 2. This engaging session was conducted to foster public speaking skills, enhance confidence, and encourage effective communication among students.

ACTIVITY HIGHLIGHTS: 

• Each participant was allotted five minutes to deliver a speech on a topic of their choice.
• The event provided a platform for students to express their thoughts, ideas, and opinions while honing their presentation skills.
• Topics ranged from technology and innovation to personal experiences, social issues, and motivational themes, reflecting the diverse interests and creativity of the students.

KEY OBJECTIVES: –The event aims to hone the following skills among participants: –

1. Developing Communication Skills: Encouraging students to articulate their ideas clearly and effectively.
2. Boosting Confidence: Providing a supportive environment for students to overcome stage fear.
3. Promoting Critical Thinking: Inspiring participants to think deeply and structure their thoughts coherently.

PARTICIPATION AND ENGAGEMENT:
The Session witnessed active participation from 65 students, who displayed remarkable enthusiasm and confidence. Their speeches were a mix of informative content, creative storytelling, and inspirational messages, leaving the audience engaged and motivated.

IMPACT: 
The activity not only allowed students to showcase their communication and oratory skills but also highlighted the importance of time management in effective speech delivery. The event created a vibrant atmosphere of learning, collaboration, and self-expression, making it a memorable experience for all involved.
