Group Discussion

November 11

The CREATIVE ASSOCIATION OF MECHANICAL ENGINEERING STUDENTS (CAMS) Club organized an engaging “Group Discussion Session” on 11th November on the topic titled, “Online Learning vs. Traditional Learning for Engineering Students”. The session provided participants an opportunity to examine two prominent learning approaches, encouraged them to weigh the benefits, challenges, and evolving relevance of each.

In this dynamic group discussion session, participants acquired many skills that will benefit them to face the real-world challenges.

  1. Develop Essential Skills: Gained critical skills in terms of communication, analytical thinking, and interpersonal interaction.
  2. Engage in Collaborative Problem-Solving: Learnt the art of open-minded engagement and collaborative thinking as they explore diverse perspectives and strive for shared solutions.
  3. Prepare for Success: Enhanced readiness for academic, professional, and personal growth by practicing persuasive argumentation and respectful discourse.
  4. Foster Empathy and Social Responsibility: Discussions fostered a sense of empathy and social responsibility, helping create more informed and considerate future professionals.

Group discussions have a profound impact on personal development and professional enhancement, making participants more adaptable and well-prepared for real-world interactions. As an educational tool, they empowered individuals to listen, learn, and contributed meaningfully to community growth and self-improvement.
